Ladies Day

• All Ladies Rewards members are eligible to participate.
• Guests must earn 50 tier-points up to 7pm on promotional day only and receive a $15 food credit.
  • Must redeem same Thursday as tier-points are earned by 8pm.
  • Redeem directly at the TASTE of the GRILL or FIRE only.
  • Food credit will automatically load to Rewards account once tier points are earned.

1. Only one redemption allowed per Rewards member per promotional day.
2. Promotion will be excluded in full on dates deemed as a Blackout or Holiday.
   1. Promotion exclusion dates will be communicated in Advance in the monthly Calendar of Events
3. All Ladies Wind Creek REWARDS members are eligible to participate.
4. Must be a Wind Creek REWARDS member to participate.
   1. Wind Creek Rewards membership is provided free of charge.
5. Must provide a valid government or state issued ID to become a REWARDS member.
6. Must not be on the Casino’s exclusion list to be eligible to participate in the drawing. If an excluded person is identified, he or she will be handled in accordance with Casino’s policy.
7. All participants must be a REWARDS member in order to claim their prize.
8. Prizes are non-transferable.
9. The following are not eligible to participate in any form of Promotional giveaway or win any prize herein:
   • Employees of PCI Gaming, Wind Creek Hospitality, PCI Gaming subsidiaries, or Wind Creek Hospitality subsidiaries.
   • Immediate family members (mother, father, siblings, spouse or children) or anyone that resides in the same household or address or persons of significant affiliation of any Marketing, Security, Information Technology and Player Services Department currently employed where the promotion is set to occur. Persons of Significant Affiliation includes but not limited to a partner or fiancé.
   • Immediate family members (mother, father, siblings, spouse or children) or anyone that resides in the same household or address or persons of significant affiliation of any Director level position or above currently employed at the property where the promotion is set to occur. Persons of Significant Affiliation includes but not limited to a partner or fiancé.
   • Neither a Tribal Council member, PCI Gaming board member, Tribal Gaming Commissioner, nor their respective immediate family member’s living in the same household or persons of significant affiliation and adults living in the household shall be permitted to participate in any promotional activity of the Tribe’s gaming facilities. Persons of Significant Affiliation includes but not limited to a partner or fiancé. Immediate Household is defined as anyone living in/at the same address/residence.
   • Immediate family members (mother, father, siblings, spouse or children) or anyone that resides in the same household or address or persons of significant affiliation of any Participating Vendor of the said promotion. Persons of Significant Affiliation includes but not limited to a partner or fiancé.

10. By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations and procedures of the promotion.
11. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission to use his/her likeness or name for publicity and/or promotional uses without compensation. Winners must agree to sign a publicity release.
12. Any situation or dispute not covered by the rules will be resolved by Wind Creek Hospitality in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned and that decision shall be final and binding by all participants.
13. In addition, Wind Creek Hospitality reserves the right to void any entry and change, cancel or modify this event at any time without notice.
