  • Can you smoke in the Casino?

    No. The Casino and the Hotel are both completely smoke free. You may smoke outside the main buildings in the open-air areas.

  • How do I get to the Casino?

    From the airport by taxi, bus or rental car. All major rental cars have a desk at the airport. It will take approximately 20-30 minutes to drive to the Hotel/Casino. An average taxi ride should cost approximately $30 US one way.   • How do I get to Curaçao?

    Since COVID-19, the airlines have limited their flights into the island. Presently American Airlines has daily flights from Miami into the island. Jet Blue and United Airlines fly from JFK and Newark respectively once a week. Visit the airline websites for the most recent information.

  • Which languages do you speak in Curaçao?

    In Curaçao most people speak 4 languages: Papiamentoe (native language), English, Dutch and Spanish.

  • What is the currency in Curaçao?

    Our local currency is florin, but the $ is widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and stores. All major credit cards are also accepted.

  • How is the weather in Curaçao?

    An average temperature of 85 °F and a little breeze most of the time makes the island a year round destination.

  • What are Curaçao’s entry requirements?

    At this time entry requirements vary per country and change periodically, so we recommend you follow the guidelines of your local authorities and visit www.curacao.com for the island’s most recent requirements.

  • Do you serve alcoholic beverages 24/7?

    Due to COVID-19 restrictions we temporarily cannot serve alcoholic beverages within the Casino. When restrictions are lifted, we will return to our normal hours of service, which is 10am–4am in the Casino.

  • Do Casino chips expire? Can I leave the Casino with chips?

    Casino chips must be redeemed at the Casino Cashier before leaving the premises.
